Through the gate

Process:
Players pass the ball amongst them, but each pass has to be through a different gate to a different player. I.e. player 1 passes through a gate to player 3, player 3 then pass through a different gate to player 2, player 2 then passes through a different gate to player 1 etc etc.
PROGRESSION 1: Ball has to be passed to alternate colours through each gate. Players are allowed to string passes together to get the movement necessary to get the right players in the right position to receive the pass through the gate. I.e. Red 1 passes …
