The player at the starting cone plays a pass to the rebounder standing next to the side of the goal and runs towards the goal. The rebounder passes the ball for the player to shoot on goal in a way that the player does not have to break his stride. Then the next player starts from the cone and the exercise is repeated. The rebounder changes regularly. The goalkeeper tries to stop the balls heading toward the goal.
1. The starting player takes the ball with him and with his second touch takes a shot at goal.
2. The starting player plays a low or high pass.
3. The rebounder plays the ball back low or high.
4. Competition: Count Goals. The rebounder gets to follow up the shots on goal. In this variation the rebounder can leave his position after he has played the ball back and actively follows up on the rebound.
