Process:
The GC throws a ball to the Goalkeeper at chest height. The goalkeeper has to process this ball as fast as possible (catch or use chest) and play it to the goal either on the left or right side on the half-way line. It is important to keep switching between left and right feet.
Intensity: 30 Repetitions.
Options:
A – Receive ball on the chest + kick with the instep with left foot.
B – Catch ball with both hands + kick with the instep of the right foot.
Resources: 1 Full-Size goal, 2 small goals.
