Player A starts the sequence to player B and the runs diagonally infield while B sprints towards cone III and player D takes up cone II. Player A controls the ball from B with ine touch and runs one or two meters with the ball before passing to C. A receieves the ball from C again after his diagonal run. After passing the ball C sprints to cone cone I around cone III. A changes direction after controlling the ball and dribbles at speed back to the start cone.
