Process:
Player A starts the drill by passing on the ground to B. He, having made a short, dynamic dummy move away from the ball before receiving it, lays the ball back to A who has followed his pass. When B lays off the ball. C begins his dummy run away from the ball. The following moves take place simultaneously: C leaves his starting position and sprints towards D. Player A passes the laid off ball from B in space for C to run onto who then passes on to D. Player B sprints at the same time sprints to the start postion of C and takes over his former position. A takes up the position of B. This cycle remains the same and, ideally, should remain the same until the end of the drill.
The pass sequence is always: long bvall, lay off, vertical pass. The order of the runs is always the same. The passer (of the long ball) runs (after the one-two) vertically onto the next cone. The player, who lays the ball off, runs around the triangle.
